The Emperor is a BCD with an exclusive design and technical solutions that ensure perfect buoyancy and a snug profile. The shape of the bladder has been designed following the human body to increase comfort and wearability. The waistband has a newly developed concept, called SPWB which stands for Self-Pivoting Waist Band. The cummerbund is connected to the harness with a pivoting system allowing the waistband to follow the body shape increasing comfort and allowing freedom of movement. Thanks to the wide 50 mm pivoting buckles, the length of the shoulder straps is easy to adjust and rotates offering maximum comfort during movement. The lower strap of the shoulder strap is connected to a ring that allows rotation and thus maximum adaptability. The inside of the jacket is entirely made of air-net material, with extra padding to increase comfort and promote water drainage. The backrest, which is semi-rigid, soft, and padded, allows it to be folded and carried compactly. The Integrated Flat Lock ballast system allows to insertion of weights up to 10 pounds and thanks to its quick-release system with a wide handle is much easier to remove it in case of necessity. Two extra pockets are available on the back for weight distribution and always achieve the optimum buoyancy position. On each side, there is a large pocket with a zip closure allowing you to bring different tools. A clip for securing the octopus hose is included. The BCD is full of lightweight D-rings allowing to attach multiple devices. As common on all Cressi's BCD line, the inflator is easy to reach and use to adjust the inflation of the device. Furthermore, the device has two dump valves easy to reach thanks to the long cord, one is on the top right shoulder and the second on the bottom right.
